The sun’s UV rays help your body produce Vitamin D is crucial to overall health; it helps with the absorption of calcium and phosphorus to promote bone health, kill some sensitive bacteria on the skin, help boost immunity and may even prevent cancer. 


Temperance is a character that is very essential to a healthy living. It is self-control towards anything that will endanger your life, like restraining from excessive consumption of alcohol and cigarette smoking, eating too much and unhealthy food, drug abuse, to prevent the harmful effects on the most cherished organs of the body which can lead to the development of chronic diseases and other serious health problems including stroke, diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.
